Since 1976 I have been practicing civil litigation in all Courts in Ontario with an emphasis on employment law primarily for employers.

Weekly I send to my clients and interested parties an email and commentary on the latest cases, legislation and trends in the employment/human rights area.

The topics include everything from hiring, firing, workplace policy statements  and investigations. 

My many years of experience, whether pursuing or defending a claim for an outstanding debt, arguing over a disputed commercial or real estate transaction or assisting in the termination of an employee,  has taught me that a practical, almost holistic approach to resolving disputes is the best way to proceed. By that I mean fashioning a creative solution, with litigation as the last resort, is usually the best, fastest and most economical way to get the job done.

Clients expect their lawyer to be available and to provide counsel when needed. I have worked with many of my clients for over 20+ years. Why, because they know the advice I give  and knowledge and experience I impart, adds value to their business that keeps them out of trouble initially and resolves issues that arise economically and cost effectively.
